To enhance team communication and streamline internal workflows, we integrated the EMR/EHR platform with the Slack API. This allows healthcare teams to receive real-time alerts, updates, and form submission notifications directly within their Slack channels—ensuring critical information never gets missed.
From notifying providers about new patient submissions to triggering automated alerts for clinical incidents or urgent lab results, Slack integration helps reduce response times and keeps teams aligned without needing to switch platforms.
